• Hospitality Sector – ITC

• Banking Sector – SBI Bank

• Data Collection
 Primary Data- Respondents were surveyed through
questionnaire
 Secondary Data -Books and websites were referred
• Sample Size -30 respondents were approached
• Techniques Used- Table and bar diagram

Interpretation – From the
above data we can identify that
employees of IT and Hospitality
Sectors are fully clear with the
objective of their work but on
the other hand employees of
bank are not so clear with their
objectives.
Decide when to take a Break
Interpretation – It has been
observed that employees of
IT sector have more
freedom in taking breaks for
refreshment or any other
purposes than employees of
other two sectors.

are less, since they do not have any clear objectives
