• It is responsible for maintenance and development of the national highway
network
• Planning design and construction of new highways
• It has a employees of 4000
• Consist of Directors , Engineers ,Technical officers, administrative staff,
lower level officers.

• If there is a gap between employee requirements &
what organization provide to employee, employee going demotivate

• They want good salary depend on their service
• They want a job regarding to their qualifications
