Personalization and Segmentation : Teaching students in which order these will be accomplished and why it is important for them to understand how this process works and what happens when it is not finished on a weekly basis. Functional Details: This slide is meant to be used to show the interaction between a person and his or her computer. The graphics to the right are to be played at the users convience.
  • #4: Why components were implemented: Each component is a necessary step to ensure that the life of the computer that students use will last longer than without these. If these components are not done then the computer will crash or get a virus that will eat the hard drive so that it needs to be replaced, and that is another class all together. How components benefit the learner: The components will benefit the learner by running smoothly, therefore allowing the student to use it, instead of being without and having to go to a face-to-face class. Segmentation: Segmentation of this class is having one topic per week for a detailed instruction on computers. Week 1: Cleaning up the hard drive Week 2: Removing any viruses Week 3: Uninstalling any unnecessary programs Week 4: Defragmenting the hard drive for a speedier computer. Week 5: Installing software
