USO: Usamos la tercera condicional para hablar de una condición pasada imposible (porque ya ha ocurrido) de la que normalmente nos quejamos. If I had studied more , I would have passed yesterday’s exam. BACK
CONNECTORS IF: si I’ll go to the cinema IF it rains WHETHER(=if): normalmente para elegir entre dos. She will go to Italy, WHETHER she likes it or not. (Irá a Italia quiera o no) UNLESS(=if not) A menos que We would have gone to the swimming-pool unless it had rained (Habríamos ido a la piscina a menos que hubiese llovido)
ATENCIÓN Como ya habéis visto las oraciones condicionales tienen dos partes. En la parte de la oración donde está IF , nunca jamás va a estar WILL o WOULD If I arrive late, I will miss the bus. If I were you, I would go to the doctor. Si en la 2ª condicional el verbo en pasado es el TO BE siempre pondremos WERE : If I were you, I’d go to the doctor.
