- 10. Human-Centred Design Process | Co-creation Involving stakeholders and users in the generation of hundreds of ideas for potential solutions. Themes are identified and ideas are evaluated democratically before detailed concepts are developed.

In co-production, people who use services take over some of the work done by practitioners. In co-creation, on the other hand, people who use services work with professionals to design, create and deliver services. No one definition, however:

Methods: • Semi-structured interview • Guided tour • Card sorting We learnt that the participant enjoys cooking but it is becoming progressively harder to remember the steps in recipes and where things are kept. A particular challenge was remembering what had happened on previous days or when he has last seen certain people.
