The documentary follows two people, Lorna and Tom, who take on a two week challenge to drink the recommended daily amount of water (2 liters) and do 15 minutes of exercise per day. They found the challenge difficult at first due to having to give up other drinks like tea and not being used to regular exercise. However, over the two weeks they felt more energized and experienced health benefits like clearer skin from drinking more water and stress relief from daily exercise. While the challenge helped them feel better in the short term, one participant concluded that long term health also requires a balanced diet in addition to water and exercise.
