- 5. Orphan Works Just because the owner of a work is not found it doesn’t mean we don’t have to give the appropriate credit when using his/her work.

- 7. Fair Use This term refers to the statements that The Center for Social Media and Washington School of Law at American University are supporting the creation of a statement that give us information on copyright and let us know what is fair. (Harper, 2007)

- 12. Permission Unidentifiable owner- you can still be punished regardless of an unsuccessful investigation of the work owner.
