CECL agrees to maintain confidentiality of AUTHOR's proprietary information. CECL will not disclose confidential information except as approved by AUTHOR. CECL agrees to use confidential information only for the purposes of engineering design and pricing when third parties have signed nondisclosure agreements. AUTHOR retains rights to all materials, and CECL agrees to keep materials for one year and return or destroy them after one year of no activity. This agreement expires one year from the date signed.
