- 2. What is a Vision Board? A poster board on which you paste or collage images that you have collected from various sources (e.g. magazines, catalogs, photos, etc.)

Types of Vision Boards “ I know what I want...”: Clear, want to change, specific thing you want to manifest “ Opening and Allowing...”: Unclear / uncertain about vision, in a period of depression or grief, want to change but do not know how “ Theme”: Special holiday or significant event, start of a new cycle, working on one particular area of your life
- 8. Supplies Open heart and internally-focused mind Soothing music (optional) Poster board / scrapbook paper / cork board A big stack of different magazines, catalogs, pictures, slogans, memorabilia Glue / thumb tacks / double-sided tape Scissors / Exacto knife
- 9. Steps for Creating a Vision Board Focus internally for a moment; think about what YOU want, about what makes you feel good. Go through your magazines - tear out images / words / phrases that really speak to you. Go through what you have torn out - select your favorite images, place them on your board in a way that you like. Leave space for your favorite picture of your Self in the middle of the board. Glue everything to your board; add writing if you like. Hang your vision board in a place where you will see it often.
- 10. Get Ready / Set your intent When you surround yourself with images of who you want to become, what you want to have, where you want to live / vacation...your life changes to match those images and those desires.
