About Creative •Since 1984: •We design, manufacture, and repair blow molds, components, and related tooling; including expertise with product design, reverse engineering, and maintenance of tooling for all types of blow mold equipment. •Our Manufacturing Team •VP of Operations – over 25 years in the blow mold industry; blow mold plants and blow mold tool manufacturing. •7-person design engineering and programming team – 65+ years of combined experience in the blow mold industry. Expertise in 3D product design & modeling, mold & tool design, molding experience, project management, process engineering and tool manufacturing. •Plant manager – over 15 years in mold manufacturing. •Shop personnel – average tenure with Creative of more than 8 years; average of 12 years in the industry.
- 3. Expertise •We specialize in the design, manufacturing and repair of molds and related tooling for extrusion blow and stretch blow machines. We have expertise with tooling for a number of OEM and proprietary equipment – wheel, shuttle, stretch blow, recip, and accumulator head. •We build tooling for a variety of end markets including personal care, food & beverage, household chemicals, motor oil, medical, and industrial packaging, including gas cans, tiller weights and other hollow plastic parts. •Our shop provides comprehensive mold diagnostic, repair and refurbishment services with immediate turnaround, including 24HR Emergency blow mold repair service. •We also design and build secondary tooling for customers including trim tooling, transfer tooling, detabbers, and head tooling.
- 4. Capacity •We have 5 Full-time Design Engineers to meet your product deadlines; faster. •We have over 35 full-time employees and operate 3 shifts, 5 days per week. We work weekends as needed to meet customer delivery dates and have the capacity to run 24 x 7. •Our company runs lean with over 90% of our employees involved directly in our manufacturing operations. •We have 19,000 square feet of manufacturing capacity with room for additional expansion as we continue to grow our capabilities. •We run 15 vertical and 4 horizontal CNC machining centers with up to 64” of travel. We also have CNC lathes, other mills, grinders, sand blast and water check stations, and fully automated inspection equipment required to support our operations.

Quality, Delivery, & Service •All work is inspected and documented as it comes off each work center and our quality control department assists with all first-part inspections as well as final inspection documentation. •We have a dedicated climate-controlled inspection facility that enhances our final inspection process. It is also available for on-site customer inspections. •Our scheduling software allows us to optimize our production schedule, minimizing lead times on unit and production mold sets. Unit molds can be complete in 3 to 4 weeks with production molds complete 4 to 6 weeks after sampling. Straight to production sets are targeted for 4 to 6 weeks. •Other value add services we offer: product design, 3D models, value engineering, reverse engineering services, and on-site repair. •We warranty all of our work as built to customer specification. We do whatever is necessary to meet this commitment.
