This document presents a cross layer based hybrid fuzzy ad-hoc rate based congestion control (CLHCC) approach for improving the quality of VoIP flows in mobile ad-hoc networks (MANETs). It addresses issues like link disconnections and network congestion, proposing a method to regulate data flow based on real-time network conditions and using a fuzzy inference system for congestion detection.
