CROWD SPRING
Description of the business It is a team who offers possibilities to companies to improve their comunication . The concept is :    A buyer posts a project by chosing what he wants (logo,illustration, website…).     Then, he adds desccription about the project.    Finally, he gives an amount of money for the project.    After that several creatives will choose this project and will create. The project has to reach 25 entries, in order that the buyer has his money back. Entries are the number of  propositions made by the creatives for a project.
What problems does it solve for? CUSTOMERS      Ideal for a small company which doesn’t have a lot of money to make a good communication campaign.      Good way of communication for a start-up because  the project manager knows the end of the creation; he is the  one who asked for an end-date.      Managers save money and time      A good Return On Investment      Buyers can benefit from creation from people  worldwide
What problems does it solve for? CUSTOMERS      Safe environment for the buyers      Thanks to this concept, the company can grow faster, it can renew its communication easier without spending too  much money      Buyers can be confident towards the compagny because one of the co-founder is an attorney.
What problems does it solve for? CREATIVES      Creation of their profil      To Set up a portfolio of their realisation      To make them known      To Earn money      To improve their talent by discussing with buyers and other creatives

Competitors BootB   www.bootb.com        It’s a direct competitor of crowdSPRING      Moreover, they are working more with big  companies.      They look like more diversified Denook   www.denook.com        It is another competitor of crowdSPRING      It offers the same services that  crowdSPRING.
Can the model apply offline? It’s a model which can apply online only. Everything is done via internet : posting of the project, the payment, the presentation of the creatives. The work done by creatives is on computer so it is  easier to use an online way to present their creation to the buyer. No need to take appointement with all the creatives to see their realisations, too much waste of time.  Online, it is faster.
A sustainable model No need agency to welcome buyers. Only a website and its maintenance. Less use of energy Small team
How to stretch the business? INCREASE USERS OR CUSTOMERS      By attracting more big companies      More communication about their company,  what they are doing.      More communication about their activity but not only in specialised magazines or newspapers
