                       3. Pack + Grab gym bag

                       4. Bike to meet friend enroute

                       5. Bike to gym

                       night before - agree on gym time

                       2. Get reminded by roommate in
                       person that it's gym time

                       3. Change into gym clothes

                       4. Pack + Grab gym bag

                       5. Bike to the gym

2. Lay out gym clothes the night
before on desk

3. Set alarm to wake up - label the
alarm "gym time"

4. Wake up + change + grab bag

5. Bike to the gym
Lock bike at the Gym


1. Pack gym bag

2. Change into gym clothes

3. Head to the library to study

4. Bike straight from the library to
the gym
