ABSTRACT Community service initiatives in higher education institutions play an important role in fostering the overall development of students while responding to the needs of society/their future. The purpose of this summary is to examine the importance of integrating community service programs tailored to both high school and inter students into the framework of higher education. Now a day’s most of the students choose courses without knowing anything about the course. These students choose the courses as choice or by elders. Each and every student has the right to know about the functioning of every course which is being opted by him/her. In this study: a)The primary objective of the study is to give the awareness of various information’s about higher education i.e., after 10th class. b) For also intermediate students should know the courses after the completion of intermediate. We give the awareness of courses after intermediate. By knowing the information of their future career guidance they reach their goals easily by knowing the information before they have to choose courses for their career. For this community service an awareness program will be conducted in schools and intermediate colleges to give an idea on their future courses as career guidance. - 3. INTRODUCTION Education is the key to unlocking the vast potential within each individual, providing the tools and knowledge necessary for personal and societal growth. In a rapidly changing world, a quality education is more crucial than ever, serving as a foundation for a successful and fulfilling life. Higher education plays a crucial role in shaping individuals' careers and personal development. Awareness of higher education options is essential for informed decision- making. This presentation will outline a plan of action to increase awareness of higher education opportunities. PRESENTATION
- 4. The figure says that how the knowledge was gained by an average student retention rate. By this figure shows the learning outcomes by lecture is less. Reading books and magazines we gain 10% of knowledge. By Audio visuals like explaining by teachers or youtubers in the YouTube channels student gain 20% of knowledge. By demonstration that means we explains a topic with proofs and reasons student gain 30% of knowledge. Discussion with others and elder student gain 50% of knowledge. Doing many times of practice the something twice or thrice student gain 75% of knowledge. By teaching others what we known can increase our knowledge by 90%. This is the learning pyramid tells to us. After our explanation they asked some of their doubts to reach their goals . And also some of the students knows what to do after 10th class and Intermediate. Students are interacted with us very actively and asked their doubts freely with us and we clarified their doubts.
