1. Cucumber trials were conducted in Sayram, South Kazakhstan Province from June to September 2012 with 8 main varieties. 2. The highest yielding varieties were 24-911 RZ (353 kg), Gerakl (186 kg), and 24-912 RZ (184 kg). 3. Varieties noted for good plant structure, fruit quality and performance in autumn conditions included 12-78, Espadana, Gerakl, Ahenk, and Gunesh.
