- 13. Start • Consignor books a consignment from a Booking Office LR Copy • Booking executive gives an LRCopy to the consignor using the application. Collect bookings • Booking process continues for various consignors till the end of the day or decided time in the application. Plan Memo • The booked goods are planned to send to distribution hub by seeing the total weight and the route summary shown in the software. Prepare Memo • The Memo is prepared in the software which will contain multiple LR (consignment) and the copy is handed over to the driver with paid collections. Booking Process
- 14. Pick list • Hub executive views the picking list in the system. The picking list will show the goods arriving to the hub from various location. Acceptance of Memo • The lorry driver hands over the memo and all the goods are unloaded in the hub. The Goods are received and the executive accepts each consignment. The Short fall for the goods are recorded as exceptions Collect bookings • The cash collected are handover to the hub executive and updated in the application. The shortage is recorded as exception. Plan Memo • The driver settles his expenses against the advance taken from booking office. The hub officer updates the details in the software. Prepare Memo • The consignments are arranged by shelf wise or area wise in the hub warehouse the details are updated in the system. Consignment delivery Process
- 15. Plan delivery • Hub executive views all the inventory in the hub and prepares the delivery plan seeing the no of articles and weight of consignment in totality. Prepare delivery challan • The Hub executive examines the load and prepares the delivery challan in the application. The delivery challan will contain multiple LR (Consignment) and is handed over to the driver. Visits • The Driver picks up the challan and delivers the consignment to the delivery point. Plan Memo • The driver delivers and takes the GRNO or the POD with cash (if any) and Returns to hub. Prepare Memo • The Goods may be fully delivered Or partly returned due to Quality issues, Likewise the cash may be fully paid or partly paid which is recorded as exceptions in the system. Close Delivery • Once the delivery is fully delivered this is closed in the system. All the exceptions are captured for further resolution and will be open till the delivery is closed. This will show as collections in the application Prepare delivery challan • Whenever the ‘To Pay’ LR is realised this will updated in the system. Visits • The billing LR are raised on a defined frequency and updated in the system after successful collection. Plan Memo • The facility to record the expenses for every location . Prepare Memo • The facility to view Cash in hand and at bank. Facility to transfer all the Main Cash to bank and view the balances in the software. Accounting Process
