Career History
March 2007/Current-
Aviation Engineer/Army physical training instructor
Manager of a team of around twelve personnel. Employed globally, upholding two major roles
in a number of military establishments as an Aviation Engineer, and an Army Physical training
instructor. Trained on both fixed and rotary wing aircraft, Roles included before flight external
safety checks, fault finding, mechanical repairs and managing the smooth operation of any
other scheduled maintenance carried out on the airfield. Also employed as an Army Physical
training instructor with 6 year’s experience managing various Gymnasiums. Helped build and
maintain the personal fitness levels of around 1000+ soldiers and civilians, including those
both injured and recovering. This included daily PT sessions and tailored training programs,
sided with the delivery of regular diet and nutrition and anatomy and physiology lessons
through weekly PowerPoint presentations.
Throughout this period has been employed in the UK, USA, Northern Ireland, Canada and
Kenya with Four, 6 month operational tours of Afghanistan.
