Personal Profile:
I am an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with extensive experience across all areas of health
development in Bangladesh. I am able to develop and motivate the beneficiaries to achieve the
targets and demonstrate a strong ability to manage projects from different angles. A proactive
individual with a logical approach to challenges, I performed effectively even within a highly
pressurized working environment.
I have more than 5 years more experienced in quantitative and qualitative research along with
program implementation of multidisciplinary development areas both in Urban and Rural different
NGOs. I had to maintain liaison with different level GO/ NGO high officials. I’m acquainted with
different approaches to improving the health status of marginalized poor followed by prescribed
strategy and advocacy.
