class facilities for the extraction, storage, processing and export of LNG and entered into long-term agreements to supply
customers around the globe, including Korea, India, Italy, Spain, Taiwan, Belgium and the United States.
Roles:
• Installation of Nortel VoIP Pabx-CS1000-E high availability (Rls 5.5) for RasGas –Al-Dana Tower(Doha, Qatar)
and RasGas Mannai Tower(Doha) with Callpilot 600r and deployment of over 2000 IP phones.
• Upgraded Nortel Option 61-C at RasGas Administration Building to CS1000 M Rls 5.5.
• Provided E1 PSTN connectivity for the systems and also done E1 integration between the systems.
2. Client : W-Hotel, Doha
Project : CS 1000E HA with hospitality features
Role : Team Lead
W- Hotels and residencies under the management of Starwood hotels which is one of the largest hotel and leisure
companies in the world had opened their new venture in Doha on March 2009
Roles:
• Site inspection for installing the system.
• Consulting with the client about their requirements and planning accordingly.
• Supervising the delivery of the materials.
• Installation of CS1000E High Availability (Rls 5.5) with CPPM calls server and signaling server.
• Installing the required software and licenses.
• Integration with Hotel Management System (TIGER)
• Installation of MIRAN card for hold on music.
• Configuration and Deployment of 1400 IP Phones and 800 TDM phones.
• Preparing the Project Hand over Documents and Factory Acceptance Test Documents for handing over the system
to client.

Project : CS 1000 M-HA
Role : Team Lead
Qatar Chemical Company Ltd (Q-Chem) is a joint venture between Qatar Petroleum Corporation and Chevron Phillips
Chemical Company LLC.
Roles:
• Upgraded the Nortel Option 61c (rls25.15) to CS1000M HA rls 5.5 and installed Callpilot 600r for voice mail
facility.
• Installed new CS1000M HA rls 5.5 for their new plant (Q-Chem II) as per Q-Chem standard.
• Provided H323 trunking between Q-Chem II & Q-Chem I and ensured Q-Chem II can connect to PSTN through
Q-Chem I
• Provided voice mail facility for Q-Chem II from Q-chem I
• Provided user training for the management of the PABX system
• Prepared project hand over documentation for the client.
4. Client : GOIC, Qatar
Project : CS 1000 E HA
Role : Team Lead
The Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC) was founded in 1976 by the member states of the Gulf
Cooperation Council (GCC). The organization was conceptualized by the GCC Member States as a knowledge-hub and
industrial investment promotion catalyst, for the purpose of industrial diversification and development within the GCC

Roles:
• Removed the old Nortel Sl-100 PABX system and installed the new CS1000 E Rls 6.0 (first in QATAR).
• Configured the system as per the client’s requirement and deployed IP Phones.
• Prepared the required documentation and handed over the system to the client within the specific time constraints.
5. Client : Doha International Airport
Project: CS1000 M Upgrade to Rls 6.
Role : Team Lead
Doha International Airport is the only commercial airport in Qatar. It is the main base of Qatar Airways.
Roles:
• Took the backup of old Option 61 C Rls 21.0 System
• Restored the database to an Intermediate system of Rls.4.5
• Took the backup from Rls 4.5 system
• Installed the new card cage and cards to the core shelf
• Installed the Rls 6.0. Software and restored the backup to the system
• Installed CPPM signaling server with Rls 6.0 Software.
I had also installed more than 200 PABX VoIP systems for different enterprises in Qatar like Qatar Airways, Qatar Islamic
Insurance and ministries like supreme education council, ministry of Labor etc and also was a team member in Qatar
National Bank’s Call Centre Project .
