Glúmur Baldvinsson has over 20 years of experience in international development, humanitarian aid, and project management. He holds multiple advanced degrees focused on international relations, business, and political science. Currently he is the COP of ICEAID, an Icelandic NGO he co-founded in 2007 that runs health and orphanage projects in Africa. Previously he has held management roles with organizations such as the UN World Food Programme, NATO, and various Icelandic government agencies, focusing on areas like monitoring and evaluation, reporting, and development programs in locations like Afghanistan, Tanzania, and Malawi.
