RECENTWORK: Successfully completed summer research project from IIT BHU on SIMULATION OF SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICES USING ATLAS SILVACO TOOLS in which different Nano devices were simulated on the ATLAS tool. The research involved different devices ranging from PN junction diode to SOI, Schottky diode, MESFET, double gate MOSFETS and few others and was found that Double Gate MOSFETS were found to have superior I-V Characteristics. Published and presented paper titled “INGENIOUS ATTENDANCE PROFICIENCY MONITORING SYSTEM” International Conference on Computing and Communication organized by Alpha College of Engineering, Bangalore. The main aim of this project is to develop an intelligent system for keeping a systematic track of attendance of employees of an industry and also for the students of an Institution. It consists of two parts, Ultrasonic sensor and RFID Reader. In this setup two Ultrasonic sensors are being utilized ParticipationandAchievements: 1689th rank in state in National Science Olympiad(NSO) 1473rd rank in state in International Mathematics Olympiad(IMO) 97th position city in KanpurTalent Search Examination Awarded Gold medal as an award of Social Service for Cancer Aid Society Participated in Child Welfare activity of Search Foundation Participation in Bournvita Quiz Contest Worked as an Editor for the College Magazine Various awards at school and college level in creative writing.
