Manpreet has proven to be a valuable asset to our CVS through his positive work ethic and desire to please both the customer and the management team. His excellent attendance record and time management abilities have given Manpreet the opportunity to accomplish much in the limited amount of hours that he logs in at work. Manpreet has communicated his interest in the business and has asked to take on a greater role within the current store setting. Any additional assignments have been addressed with minimal supervision and I have come to expect and have obtained some excellent results. I respect an Associate that works independently and is willing to show others how to be better at work. Manpreet exhibits those qualities and has shown capabilities in following direction, modification of projects, when necessary, solving problems and leading others in accomplishing common goals. I realize that this CVS position can be viewed as just another job while a student focuses on studies and the goals of graduation, but Manpreet has a sense of ownership and pride in the work, much appreciated by me.
