This document presents a comparative analysis of two velocity estimation methods, Constant Velocity Stack (CVS) and T2-X2, in seismic data processing using datasets from the Cambay Basin in India. The findings indicate that the T2-X2 method provides more reliable velocity models than CVS, resulting in improved stacking quality and event continuity. The study emphasizes that the T2-X2 approach enhances confidence in velocity picking and offers better overall outcomes in seismic analysis.
