Attached is the reg- istration form and your child’s assigned dates. 1. Record this date for your records 2. Complete this form and return by Friday, February 5, 2021 A posterboard will be located outside the Direc- tor’s office as a reminder of your child’s as- signed date. If you need to change your day, please see the Director. Individual and family photos will be done. We are using a new program this year called Same Day Proof. The proof envelope is sent home the day your child’s picture is taken and should be returned within one week with pay- ment to the center. There is also an online order- ing option. *Class photos will be made from a composite of the children. Please, only bring your child to the party if they are signed up to come on Thursdays.. In keeping with COVID rules, the Center will be taking responsibility for assisting the children with valentine cards and bags. Please check outside your child’s classroom for items needed for the party. ASQ—Evaluation The Ages and Stages will be passed out the first of March. We ask each parent to complete the evalua- tion at enrollment and in March. This continuous monitoring of the children's development allows for early intervention to help the children to devel- op appropriately.
