Data is abundant and can be easily mined from many sources. When visualized creatively, large amounts of data provide beautiful infographics and depictions. Absolute numbers like GDP do not provide a full picture on their own; relative data connected to other information is needed for proper context and understanding. Visualization techniques can be applied beyond numbers and data to illustrate ideas and concepts. Managers in India need to study the competitive market using relative data instead of just absolute numbers, which could sometimes mislead.
