Whitebeck Court is a 16-story former apartment block in Manchester that was empty for 3 years. It has been converted into 91 modern extra care apartments for affordable senior living, with communal areas and facilities. The $11.7 million project was completed in 68 weeks and achieved sustainability certifications. It provides independent living with on-site care and assisted technology options. The development team worked to engage the community and address the needs of an aging population through innovative senior housing solutions.
