As my background reflects, my track record of performance demonstrates consistent
advancement in the IT Field over the last 15+ years with the United States Navy. In each of my
positions, I have eclipsed every previous year’s performance by a significant percentage. This has
been achieved through excellent technical support and management, successful project
management, and effective strategic planning and IT program implementation. Of specific note
may be the following indicators of the results I’ve produced:
 Ability to leverage IT knowledge to support internal and external public information
dissemination operations, instruct and assist both novice and advanced IT users, and
conduct evaluations of hardware and software to recommend acquisitions and upgrades
to existing capabilities.
 Responsible for developing a cohesive team of IT professional charged with maintaining
network and secure communications reliability; driving force of network administrators
group.
 Manage and oversee all IT related activities, in accordance with the guidelines set by the
department and best practices, including evaluating design, development and
coordination of projects.
 Provided exceptional customer service to command personnel in the timely resolution of
trouble tickets.
 Directly responsible for the accountability of over 380 Controlled Cryptographic Items
valued at over $1 million dollars.
