Decarbo net negotiation-workshop

The document outlines the objectives and timeline of the DecarboNet project, which aims to raise awareness of decarbonization through a collective awareness platform. The three objectives are to raise individual and collective awareness of decarbonization, trigger behavioral changes and social innovation, and analyze behavioral patterns and information diffusion. The platform will introduce a feedback loop to refine decarbonization methods based on input from stakeholders, users, and social media participants. It will launch at Earth Hour 2014 and continue monitoring until Earth Hour 2016.
