This paper presents the design and development of an iterative square ring fractal antenna intended for dual band wireless applications, specifically at frequencies of 5.9 GHz and 8.8 GHz. The antenna, measuring 20mm x 20mm, demonstrates significant performance characteristics such as a return loss of -33 dB at 5.9 GHz and -16 dB at 8.8 GHz, along with optimized parameters like feed position and substrate thickness. The research concludes that the developed antenna meets necessary specifications for WLAN and X band applications, making it suitable for real-time use in wireless devices.
