- 2. “Design hunt” has started in the bus @ 9 am
- 3. When, I have almost ended up like this
- 4. So, in order to catch my bus I did not have time To buy “normal ticket”…
- 5. But , I got into the bus! As I was aware about another ticket option: SMS Ticket
- 6. I was sure that number for SMS ticket will be inside bus.
- 7. This is what I have witnessed
- 8. Sticker with information about SMS Ticket Was visible only from OUTSIDE?!
- 9. I pondered: “Who is usually buying SMS Ticket?” (which costs 0,80 EUR) Compared to 0,50 EUR for “normal ticket”
- 10. I believe these people do buy SMS Tickets
- 11. plus “late me” today morning ;-)
- 12. SO, how are we suppose to read info from the front bus door before getting into the bus?
- 13. Placement of Sticker with Info About SMS Ticket = #Fail
- 14. BUT
- 15. As I am not person who gives up. I tried to “read out” required no. for SMS Ticket even backwards…
- 16. I could not read a thing
- 17. Look at a “design” of that already wrongly placed sticker.
- 19. What is the most important piece of information “late” passengers are seeking?
- 20. I believe it is the number And instructions for buying SMS Ticket
- 21. …this is what you will “get”…. instructions with numbers
- 22. I believe that small details (can) make a big difference in customer’s experience of a service or product.
- 23. Let me propose following: to Bratislava’s public transport authority
- 24. #1 Redesign stickers, so the most important information will be visible from “miles”
- 25. #2 Place “new” stickers with information about SMS Ticket to various visible places INSIDE the bus
- 26. I believe that those 2 simple actions will protect your passengers from
- 27. sudden rises of blood pressure & adrenaline overdoses ;-)
