This paper presents the design of a dual-band microstrip patch antenna array for wireless applications, particularly targeting LTE and WiMAX frequencies of 3.5 GHz and 5.0 GHz. The antenna uses a dissimilar patch size array configuration and is validated through various performance parameters, showing promising results in return loss, VSWR, and gain. The study highlights the efficient design process utilizing FR4 substrate and Agilent ADS simulation software, with implications for improved wireless communication systems.
