So I started with the original image and then decided to remove everything apart from the main image because I believed that the image I took of Jimmy Hill was effective as it told the audience what the documentary is about and is the first thing that the audience would see. I decided to edit the image as in the original it wasn’t edited at all and I thought that with some effects it would make the image stand out more. I thought that I needed to put information about the documentary onto the advertisement poster as this is how people will find out about the documentary. I put an effect on ‘Friday 9pm’ as this is the most piece of information as it tells the audience when its on and I also put the BBC One logo on as it shown what channel it is on.
- 4. I then put my production logo on the advertisement poster as it shown that it is an original documentary and shows that it is our own. I then decided to add a headline to attract the audience, alongside the headline I used sub headlines so that they would make the advertisement poster look better and add a bit more detail into the poster.
