EMPLOYMENT OPPURTUNITIES
In today’s advanced era, when people are exposed to so
many physical disorders, biotech plays a vital role in
developing medicines, vaccines, energy production &
conservation.
Today in India there are more than 350 biotech companies
providing employment for over 20,000 scientists.
Opportunities in India are great with many universities &
other institutions offering B.Sc., B.E, B.Tech courses in
biotech. PG can be done in special areas like agriculture
biotech, marine biotech, medical biotech or biomedical
engineering.
 Those who have done PG courses can apply for research
work starting as junior researcher.
