The purpose of this research is to develop a web based, multilingual, Home Tuition
Management System (HTMS) with an attempt to increase user comforts to use proposed
platform. Rational Unified process (RUP) has adopted for development of web based HTMS
system. System testing has been conducted using quantitative method among thirty-five users
in order to verify each function of HTMS system operates in conformance with the
requirement specification. The result shows that 68.6% users are fully satisfied to use HTMS
platform. In addition, the test indicates that HTMS system would be potential platform to
develop awareness across the society in terms of uses online platform. Future studies shall be
conducted to improve the system in AI based and shall produce learning based
functionalities.
ABSTRACT:
• Guardian often hire home tutor for their children to provide supplementary
education. Besides, local university students prefer to make themselves as s tutor to
during their university life to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• The process of finding tutor and tuition done manually and it’s not efficient for the
people, as its take longer time.
• There is aa deficiency of interest of users to use current system for the limitation in
terms of usability and efficiency.
OBJECTIVES:

• To identify suitable requirements needed for development of web-based Home
Tuition Management System-HTMS.
• To develop HTMS system that supports multi-languages.
• To test functionalities of HTMS system.
BENEFITS:
• HTMS system will help guardian to find their suitable tutor in efficient way.
• This system also will help university students to find their tuition.
• HTMS system will help society to adopt with web based system.

COMMERCIALIZATION:
• According to Education Ministry of Bangladesh, 2,031,000 students have passed
secondary school (SSC) level in 2019 and more than 60% students hired home
tutor.
• Besides, 6,200,58 students have enrolled in local universities in Bangladesh and
more than 55% university students prefer to work as a tutor.
• According to Dhaka Tribune, 29% of educational cost goes into coaching and
home tutoring in Bangladesh. The number given above indicates the potential
value of HTMS system and its high.
FUTURE WORK:
REFERENCES:
• The demand of this platform is high, therefore HTMS system shall improve in
AI based recommendation of tutors and tuitions.
• HTMS system shall produce learning based functionalities in future.
• HTMS system also shall provide mobile friendly interface as well as mobile
application.
