This document describes the development of an iOS application for strengthening reinforced concrete beams using fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) composites. It first provides background on the rehabilitation of existing structures and use of FRP composites for external strengthening. It then details the modeling and analysis of a residential building in ETABS to determine bending moment values in the beams. Based on these values, beams requiring strengthening were identified. Finally, it outlines the development of the iOS application using Xcode and the Swift programming language to design FRP strengthening schemes for the deficient beams.
