- 3. Front cover of the Digipack O The front cover is straight to the point, it tells the audience who the artist is and what the name of the album is. Both titles are in bold white writing which would attract people to this album if it was on a shelf in a shop. O Lady Gaga is well known for being ‘strange’, that is why she wanted this digipack to be ‘dark and edgier’ than anything she had ever done before. O We can see this from the black hair (of which she is normally blond) and the eyeliner running down her face. Shows the darker depressing side of her.
- 4. Insert of the Digipack O As we can see the insert of the digipack is just as dark and depressing. The two middle pictures on the insert show two different angles of her sitting in the same position. O This theme connotes the darker side of her showing her feelings, as singer/songwriters are known to express their feelings and emotions through their music.
- 5. Back cover of the Digipack O The back of this digipack goes against the theme of the rest of the digipack , as most of it is depressing or dark. While the back cover connotes a happier and more well known Lady Gaga, with her blond hair and black. O On the edge of her glasses the name of the album is shown, this is to reinstate the name of the album of the audience. O The other side of her glasses are covered in diamonds, this goes well with the idea of fame, because if your famous, you are rich meaning you could have money and diamonds.
