- 2. The design of the album cover is very simplistic with artist name in the centre to grab attention. The name and the keys are a complete contrast to the background this once again is used to stand out in the crowd. The artist has most likely gone for the simplistic look as he is the creator of the music and not the singer, he uses his music as his image The name of the artist is clearly displayed with no extra detail, shows right to the point Similar Cover Analysis 1

Like the first album cover the artist seem to have gone with the minimalistic look with high contrasting colours to grab the attention of potential buyers Similar Cover Analysis 2 The finger print in the centre of the picture is the artist emblem, which due to its central location is a the key focus and give extra recognition to the brand The text is simple with the artist name larger than the album name to show which is which. Both are in capitals this gives the words a bold edge to stick out The name and logo are a complete contrast to the background this once again is used to stand out in the crowd.

Cover analysis of my artist The artists are stood with the main vocalist at the front with the composer this may be due to the involvement of the artist in the song The colours of the clothes contrast the brightness of the background, this could be due to help make the artist stick out The present of the artist on the cover could be due to both being fairly un-heard of and that people may not know what they look like The title is plain and simple, without it controlling the whole cover, the composer of the music’s name comes first follow by the vocalist which contrasts the way they are standing

Poster Analysis The release repeats 3 times down the side of the writing along with the place it will be released ‘Spotify’ just to reinforce the fact that it is out then The artist name is also repeated all the way down the poster, with the name being inversed on the opposite side, this may have been down to make the image a bit more unique The poster itself is designed as a ‘pin up poster’. This may be due like the writing to make it sand out more than the others
