At present in the medical field using
nanotechnology for treatment of
cancer and other diseases. In this
presentation we focuses on
treatment from head to leg of our
body using nanostructure materials.
Nano sensors are chemical or mechanical
sensors that can be used to detect the presence of
chemical species and nanoparticles.
It can monitor physical parameters such as
temperature, on the Nano scale.
They also find use in medical diagnostic
applications.

As technology continuous to the
biomedical research and healthcare.
A medical machines & computers that
power become smaller, faster and smarter.
A medical device industry is making
medical practice easier for doctors, more
efficient for patients and cheaper for the
entire healthcare systems.
Nanotechnology is need to fulfilling medical sciences for more
precise treatments that are less costly and less complicated to
administer than traditional methods.
Inorganic nanoparticles of materials such as gold or silver are
commonly used as human imaging & study of cellular or sub cellular
function.
Quantum dots fabricated from semiconductor materials are
valued as to fluorescent proteins organic dyes or radio isotopes.
Ex : Researchers at Israel’s Bar – llano university have developed
what they call Nano robots to target and deliver drugs to defective
cells while learning healthy ones unharmed.
Sergio canavero, an Italian neurosurgeon intents
to attempt the first head transplants by 2017.
Though no successful animal transplant with long
term survival have yet been made because of the
difficulty of connecting the spinal cord.
Canavero suggested improvements in the process
using a special blade ant polyethylene glycol, a polymer
using medicine as well as in everything from skin cream
to the conservation of the Mary rose can help start
growth in spinal cord nerves.

Cardiac transplantation, also called heart
transplantation, has evolved into the treatment of
many people with severe heart failure.
Survival among cardiac transplant recipients has
improved in treatments that immune system and
prevent infection.
Surgeons in the USA have preserved organs in a cold
solution and transported in coolers to the receiving
patient in need. But this process can cause damage to
the heart in cases render it unusable.

Pacemaker have come along way since the 60’s
where investor Dr.wilson great batch accidently
invented it.
Working for a doctor at the chronic diseases
research institute was designing a circuit to help record
fast heart sounds.
By mistake, he grabbed the wrong resistor from a
box and plugged it into the circuit he was making.
The circuit pulsed for 1.8 milisec and then
stopped for 1 sec and the repeated & lub – dub rhythm

Heart disease still leading cause of death.
Around 1 in 4 people who are hospitalized for
heart failure don’t last much longer than a year.
But a new drug called serelaxin has upped the
odds of survival by as much as 37 person.
It’s synthetic version of the harmone
relaxing, which is produced by pregnant women
to help with the increased stress carrying a fetus
places on the heart.
Synthentic Harmones in a Heart
The intelligent surgical knife was developed by
Zoltan Takats of Imperial College London and works by
using an old technology where an electrical current
heats tissue to make incisions with minimal blood loss.
With the knife, the vaporized smoke is analyzed
by a mass spectrometer to detect the chemicals in the
biological sample.
This means it can identify whether the tissue is
malignant real time.
Surgeons will love this surgical Jedi knife which
can significantly reduce the length of operations.

Three dimensional printed has been around for
many years; predominantly been used in
manufacturing. This type of printing, also called
seterolithography, can create almost any object
by fusing different materials, layer by layer to
form a physical version of a digital 3D image.
Personalized drug dosing
Unique dosage forms
More complex drug release profiles.
