Dingle twitter basics

Editor's Notes

  • #3: There are 6 elements in the homepage and we need you to understand all 6 of them.Therefore we will go through all of them.
  • #4: There is “Compose new tweet” but we will see it later.By clicking on the name it goes to ME, another page which we also we see later.The information in the about is the tweets sent, how many followers we have and who are we following.
  • #5: Twitter tailors people we “should” follow. Some are good, some are not. We can always unfollow later if we get the “feeling” they do not really matter.Who should you follow?Brands in your market and people talking about your brand or your market and who seem to be “useful” to you. Do not follow everybody.
  • #7: “Tailored trends” are based on the people you follow and what they post about@suomitrendit is a computer program that counts the hashtags from the tweets of the users it follows and tweets popular tags.
  • #10: It’s like trends, but these are more “PEOPLE” you might be interested in.
  • #11: Activity shows you the activity of those you are following, who have they been following and so onWho to follow is also below and Find friends checks your address book
