Director of Business & Data Management: GCC Technologies, LLC – January 2016 – Present Division manager focused on providing an alternate stream ofrevenue focusing on internalcapabilities projected towards external opportunities. Directly responsible for identifying budgetary needs, forecasting opportunities, responding to requests for information and developing new solutions. In addition, this division encompasses consulting services to both the Federal and commercial markets. Current Projects: SBA Disability Inclusiveness Contract: May 2016 – November 2016 Tasked as the program manager responsible for leading the initiative from inception to completion. The overall project is focused on providing a strategic vision incorporating Disability Inclusiveness for Small Business Administration. Directly responsible for a team of four individuals with multiple deliverable submission requirements. Hampshire County Economic Development Authority: March 2016 – Present Tasked to lead the initiative of establishing a HUBZone presence in Hampshire County, WV. Working directly with the Economic Development director, the overall effort is focused on educating small business and the surrounding community about the HUBZone program. In addition, the goals/milestones are to increase median household income, raise per capita income and lower the poverty level by developing a market strategy and business plan. As tasked, the market strategy and business plan will focus on increasing Hampshire County’s overall web presence and providing specialized in-person and web-based trainings. Overall, the focus is to position Hampshire County for an in-county HUBZone conference early in 2017. Konica Minolta Business Services in support of Social Security Administration: Ongoing Provide subject matter expertise overseeing the administration of suitability clearances for the represented industry technicians. Develop project priorities and assess critical project milestones against functional need. Independently supervises subordinates in all aspects of the work, coordinating with other agencies, groups and personnel as necessary. Supports negotiations and meets with high-level business representatives which have led to re-negotiations of original contract status and have generated contractual modifications increasing the company’s bottom line. Produced a secure portal for transmission of PII; this strategy presented a first for the company in sending and receiving sensitive information in a secure manner.
