The under- lying goal was to create a user friendly review platform that was not only flexible, comprehensive yet affordable and easily manageable. After exhaustive research and analysis, we found that there was no particular software nor application that offered a perfect blend of attributes expected from a dedicated “review platform”. We decided to build a platform that would be a cost effective alternative, easy to use allowing users control over their data, being able to eliminate costs asso- ciated with external workflow and project management. With analytics being offered in the same platform, time and costs are saved, and efficiencies gained. Near-duplicate identification detects similar documents quickly. Users can sort and organize to expedite review and maximize efficiency; coupled with actual duplicate identification and bulk tagging, that saves immeasurable time and maximizes work product.
