PROBLEM STATEMENT: Urban traffic congestion, delayed emergency responses, and pollution demand a
smarter, adaptive traffic management system for optimized flow and sustainability.

The proposed solution involves strategically placing infrared (IR) sensors
along major intersections and roads. These sensors will act as transmitters
and receivers, monitoring traffic flow and communicating with a central
server. This data will be used to dynamically adjust traffic signal timing and
optimize traffic movement.
