Matthew J. Dodd presents a method of using course-long role plays to enhance engagement among online graduate students in conflict management courses. The approach includes designing realistic scenarios and multimedia content to promote application of knowledge and skill development over multiple modules. Assessment results indicate that students found the role plays academically challenging and enjoyable, contributing to a more engaging learning environment.
