This document describes the iterative process of designing a magazine cover. The designer started with just the magazine name in red, then added a bar code after seeing them on other magazines. Next, the main story title was added in the top right corner to draw readers' eyes. Further details and shapes were incorporated based on feedback. Finally, additional topics were placed on the left side for balance.

- 1. Drafts + Feedback for front cover
- 2. This is the first stages of my magazine front cover, I used a red background behind my magazine name to make sure that it stood out, from this stage I was not ready to receive any feedback as I was just starting to make my magazine.
- 3. I then asked around the classroom to others and had a look at other magazines, I saw that they all had bar-codes on their front covers, and few magazines online had bar-codes on the front covers so I decided to add one to the bottom right hand side of mine.
- 4. I then added the main story of my magazine in the top right hand corner to make sure that the readers see this first as it will be the hot topic in my magazine.
- 5. I then added a few details about the magazine below the name of the magazine, date issued and which magazine it is etc.
- 6. I then added a little feature to the topic title, as people in my class felt like it needed something else for the time being, therefore I added a shape behind it.
- 7. After this, I had added a few more shapes etc, to the top corner near the main topic with the help of others , I then added in my picture to the middle of the magazine which covers the whole of it.
- 8. I finally added the other topics that will be based in my magazine on the left hand side as others in my class said there was little on that side, so I added this and covered up some of the space that was left, this is the final front cover.
