The Drasil Mapper plugin allows users to search listings on a map in WordPress. It allows uploading a root map image and outlining regions which can then link to respective map images. Locations can be pinned with links to WordPress categories. The backend uses Ext JS, Propel ORM, and a JavaScript vector graphics library. The frontend uses jQuery and the 'maphilight' plugin to display results as standard category pages. The plugin was created for a property listing website and released under GPL in November 2008.
