This document provides instructions for an exercise called "How to draw sh*(f)t and make the most of it". The exercise was designed as a workshop to turn confusion into clarity through drawing and observation. It encourages participants to draw what is confusing to them and share their drawings to have a solution-focused conversation. The author thanks those involved in refining the exercise and making it successful at the SOL 2012 conference where it was introduced.
