I have chosen one full body image for the font cover and one mid shot image I prefer the mid shot image as you will be able to see the artist facial features which will draw people in to the magazine if they like this artist or are interested in what his facial features are trying to tell us, another reason why I like the mid shot magazine is because I feel the lay out of it( where the features title and magazine brand is) will make the magazine look more professional compared to the other magazine front cover which will have features all over the place.
- 3. With the contents pages I have gone with one classical layout which is the first contents page and one different type of layout which is the second choice I personally like the second page the most as it think because its something different it will help hook the reader in to want to read on to the magazine. I also think the images of the artist on the second choice will intrest the reader a lot more as it give more of a insight into personal people to the artist.
- 4. I am in two minds about my double page spread as I feel like I like the sort of lay out that the second choice has but I prefer the information and choice of images which are going on the first choice of magazine. I will have to look into this and try and combine the two magazine covers together the design a double page spread which I think will be effective and one which I am happy with using in my magazine.
