Your certificate is printing with grey-scale text, so you need to change your browser settings to allow background colors to print. In Internet Explorer, go to File > Page Setup, check the "Print Background Colors and Images" setting, and click OK to print the certificate with full colors. Changing this setting will prevent this message from appearing on future printed certificates.
