2. • I. INTRODUCTION
• The Youth Association 5 Core Program & Project structure is a based and simple constructed structure, designed by a group of youth, with collective information from
concerned individuals in the community. Its focuse is to serve, create opportunities and build human resource in this ever-advancing civilization. Society has identified
social issues relating to youths in the communities, even creating segments of approaches in certain areas like sports, or church programmes, to eradicate this issue, but
fail to address solutions or managing it. This neglect in the intermediate transition from teenage to adulthood, can lead to chaos. Leading to chaos meaning that, the
youth stage is the preparation for adulthood, if society fail to guide and direct young people the right way, this leads to confusion, depression and feelings of anxiety,
causing irrational behaviors, like rebellion, ignorance and violence.
• Now that we understanding that the potentials and capacities of all individual youths vary, along with their interest, aims and goals in life, we must channel their drive
and high energy into meaningful and distinctive outcomes by taking a systematic approach.
• Introducing the FIVE CORE PROGRAMMES & PROJECTS (RELIGION, CREATIVE ARTS, EDUCATION, SPORTS, and DEVELOPMENT/INFRASTRUCTURE) as a CORE to complete
segments of life considered viable to enhance strong communal growth, rendering a clear systematic process to govern, manage and scale its operations.
