- 7. EDITING MEETING ROLES • Determine the role name and abbreviation • Enter the link to the Knowledge Base article • Answer Yes or No to the options • Save changes
- 8. THINGS TO DO IN CONTROL PANEL: CLUB OFFICER ROLES • Edit the role to include more or less permissions • Add new roles as required Edit to give VPM extra permissions to format the Home Page Add an Assistant VPE with Scheduling permissions

- 15. OPTIONS • Say Yes to use: • Membership Survey • Outstanding Toastmaster • New Visitors Chart • Photo Gallery of Members • Select Stats Calculation Dates Outstanding Toastmaster option provides a method of calculating annual awards
